These tomatoes and peaches were from friends sharing their crops with me, and my raspberries are having their best year yet. Using handmade objects can be a small way to experience human connection during these trying times.
🍎 Beginning this weekend, my business will donate ONE DOLLAR for every pot sold as a small but intentional gesture to help meet the increased demand on our local food banks during these unprecedented times. Every dollar donated enables The Food Bank of Western MA @foodbankwma to provide four meals. Today begins phase 3 of MA reopening plan which allows for adult art classes. Because of my own compromised immune system I am still waiting several more weeks before I consider offering “date night” classes. Group classes *might* resume in the fall if Massachusetts keeps their masks on and covid count low.
